Conditions

• 100% of one months rent as security deposit at booking, refunded on departure 
  
• Cancellation prior to 90 days of arrival full refund, 30-59 days prior to arrival 50% of deposit, less than 30 days no refund
• Rent can be paid in full or at the beginning of each month via electronic transfer, Zelle, Send Apple Cash or US check
• A signed contract is required before the rental begins
• All utilities are included except the gas that is used for the fireplaces, cooking and heating water.  This tank will be full on arrival and must be refilled at your cost.  On departure if the tank is not at or above 80% you will be billed for filling it to 80%.
• Weekly maid service provided, additional cleaning services and cooking services can be arranged 

Rules

• Please respect the neighbors and keep parties to before 12 midnight.
• No loud music especially after 10pm
• No pets unless you are renting both apartments, a cleaning fee of $200 per apartment will be required with pets
• No smoking
