1. Reservation and Payment

1.1. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment or a deposit (as specified).

1.2. The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid 30 before the check-in date.

1.3. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellations made more than 30 before check-in will receive a 100% refund.

2.2. Cancellations within 30 of check-in are non-refundable.

2.3. No-shows or early departures are not eligible for a refund.


3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1. Check-in time: 3:00PM

3.2. Check-out time: 11:00AM

3.3. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged.

3.4. Luggage can be held for arrival or departure.


4. Occupancy

4.1. The maximum number of guests allowed is 4.

4.2. Unauthorized guests are not permitted without prior approval.


5. House Rules

5.1. Smoking is prohibited.

5.2. Pets are not allowed without prior approval.

5.3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8:00AM.

5.4. Parties of more than 10 persons are prohibited.


6. Damage and Security Deposit

6.1. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.


7. Liability

7.1. The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during the stay.

7.2. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings; the owner is not liable for loss or theft.


8. Termination of Agreement

8.1. The owner reserves the right to terminate the agreement without a refund if guests violate the terms and conditions.


9. Additional Provisions

9.1. Wi-Fi is provided for guest convenience; illegal activities over the internet are prohibited.

9.2. Guests agree to comply with local laws and regulations.

10. Acceptance

10.1. By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
